General Points of Information Regarding the Cabin:
Heat provided by radiant heat floor system and gas logs.
Access to cabin is via a private road approximately 1 mile from the dirt township road. The cabin is very remote. Four wheel drive vehicle for winter access is strongly recommended.
Wildlife abound on the property. We have personally observed deer, black and cinnamon bears, turkey, fox, grouse, raccoons, birds and even a fisher. We have seen evidence of bobcats and beaver. We are not aware of any poisonous snakes on this part of the mountain.
There is television and VCR at the cabin. Reception is limited to 4 stations and depends on the direction of the antennae and the weather conditions.
We believe occupancy should be limited to 6 people due to 3 bedrooms and the fact that the cabin has a septic system and is not on public sewer.
